2005 Petite Sirah $24.00
TASTING NOTES: Here you go! A big, warm-toned red with great structure and an alluring gathering of flavors. Chocolate covered raisins
come to mind. Then French-roast coffee, brambleberries, black pepper and earthy spices. An interesting "up-lifting" finish,
perhaps owing to the estate Grenache in the blend. 100% Estate grown.

|
2005 Sauvignon Blanc $11.50
TASTING NOTES: Bright, clean and crisp. Reflecting characteristics of hay, herbs and citrus. The grapefruit and lime flavors are subtly balanced by a little melon and kiwi. A very versatile wine, paring up nicely with seafood, chicken breast, salads and creamy pasta dishes.

Summertime White $16.00
TASTING NOTES: Colombard and Viognier join beautifully in making up this refreshing, off-dry summer favorite. Appley and stone fruit flavors first come to mind. Enough citrusy tang shows up to create balance in pairing with picnic fare for spicy barbecues. 100% Mendocino. 1,748 cases produced.

2005 Viognier $16.00
TASTING NOTES: Opening with aromas of fruit blossoms and honey, this wine is an absolute fruit basket. White peaches, apricots, nectarines, pineapple, melon and mango appear throughout the flavor profile. The finish dries out a wee bit, offering spices and mineral notes, maybe a little grind of white pepper. Flattering with spicy dishes like Thai, Moroccan or Indian. Maybe grilled Halibut with a fruit and red onion relish.

2002 Carignane $14.00
TASTING NOTES: This workhorse blending grape is given the opportunity to shine on its own, and shine it does. Light on the palate, but with enough dimension to create a lot of interest. Bright berry-cherry fruit backed by a little pepper. A very versatile food wine, perfect for a light luncheon or savory barbecue. 447 cases produced.

2003 Estate Red $18.00
TASTING NOTES: Put up unfined and unfiltered, here is a thick, jammy Rhone red blend best described as earthy or at least "close to the ground." Flavors include plums and bing cherries, with support from coffee, pepper and cloves. Pair it with richer cuts of beef, lamb, wild game or gumbo. Lots of rustic appeal! Think of embers in the fireplace, candlelight and Vaivaldi on the turn table, (or CD). 100% Estate grown. 1,506 cases produced.
