White peaches, apricots, nectarines, pineapple, melon and mango appear throughout the flavor profile. The finish dries out a wee bit, offering spices and mineral notes, maybe a little grind of white pepper. Flattering with spicy dishes like Thai, Moroccan or Indian. Light on the palate, but with enough dimension to create a lot of interest. Bright berry-cherry fruit backed by a little pepper. Then French-roast coffee, brambleberries, black pepper and earthy spices. An interesting "up-lifting" finish, perhaps owing to the estate Grenache in the blend. 100% Estate grown.
